CREATING ACCESS
Through mentoring programmes, networking events and employability guidance,
we create unprecedented access to financial and professional services
opportunities for young non-advantaged Londoners.
Our mentoring programmes connect young people with employees at leading
London companies, providing an invaluable opportunity for mutual learning.
We offer mentoring programmes for students in Year 12 right through to
undergraduate level. Mentoring offers the opportunity for personal development,
helping ambitious and motivated young people to achieve their professional goals
through a series of structured meetings.
I really benefited from
communicating with my mentor
during the programme. She was
there to support me at any point
if I needed advice and
encouraged me to develop my
ideas for my future goals.”

Thank you so much for the
opportunity to take part in the Reed
Smith Mentoring Programme. I have
learnt so much; it gave me information
about being out in the real world, how
tough it can be, and how to overcome
the struggles.”
2016 mentee, Reed Smith
