IMPACT REPORT 2016
Year 12 mentoring programmes
Our Year 12 mentoring programmes have been created to allow students to
develop their skills, knowledge, and career aspirations as they begin to make key
decisions such as whether they will go to university or pursue a different route to
their future careers.
In 2016, we launched three Year 12 mentoring programmes with Rabobank, Reed
Smith and MS Amlin. Each programme was tailored to the business, highlighting
key areas of the sector they operate in, and core values of the organisation, tying it
to the students’ development.
