Apprenticeships, school leaver
and internship opportunities
In addition to the City Business Traineeship Programme, we help leading
companies to meet their diversity and recruitment needs by introducing them to a
diverse pool of local talent.
We prepare our candidates for the world of work so they are able to compete with
their affluent peers in a crowded recruitment sphere.
Some of the companies we’ve worked with in 2016 include Axis, Aspen and TMF
Group.
Commerzbank has worked with The Brokerage since 2003 to help
source candidates. We use The Brokerage for our vocational training
recruitment to ensure we have a diverse range of educational backgrounds
within the Bank. Opportunities are available to join as a school leaver and
study towards a degree whilst working at the Bank. Since 2003, 70 trainees
have been hired and 34 (49%) of them are still at Commerzbank.”
