How much does it cost?
Aside from the young person’s salary (we
strongly recommend a minimum of London
Living Wage) and any training provided to
them, employer participation in this
programme is completely free.
Can’t host an intern? There are lots of other
ways you could get involved in the programme
to help inspire the next generation:
Host career masterclasses or company
insight days
Exclusive opportunities to explore the various
sectors are a great way to showcase your business
to young people, whilst also helping them to
gain a true understanding of the jobs available.
Introductory sessions and insight days are
hugely popular amongst our young people as
they’re able to engage with professionals,
which is invaluable to their development.
CV/interview employability workshops
Employability skills workshops provide our
young people with the knowledge and
guidance they need to meet the high
expectations of recruiters. They provide
fantastic development opportunities for your
sta too.
Bespoke events and opportunities
Our candidates are always eager to take part
in events that will enable them to learn and
develop. Whether you’d like to run a career
planning workshop, short accredited course
or something else to help with their
professional development, we have the
perfect candidates to attend. To discuss any
ideas you have, please contact The Brokerage.
