Inclusive Leadership Course: Reverse Mentoring

This unique 3 module programme combines reflective practices and a disruptive learning
experience, via guided group reverse mentoring sessions provided by our young people from
working class and ethnic minority backgrounds, giving you the honest insights and practical
solutions you can take back into your business.
This senior leadership programme aims to better equip C-suite leaders and their teams to lead
change on the diversity and inclusion agenda in their organisations and thus become
Changemakers in their sectors and industries.
The course is also designed to support senior leaders in further honing their leadership styles to
become more inclusive and a leading voice in this area, that can influence, persuade, empower,
and mentor others in and outside of their organisations. This programme will serve those aiming
to create high-performing, trust-based organisations that can attract and retain talent from all
backgrounds.
Module 1:
Inclusive leadership – understanding and owning the concept of inclusive leadership.
Explore the concept of inclusive leadership and key related topics such as social mobility,
intersectionality, different models of inclusion and implications for organisations as well as your own
leadership style.
Module 2:
Reverse mentoring with young people from working class and ethnically minoritised backgrounds.
Facilitated discussions on key social mobility topics between mentor and mentee. Mentees also have
opportunity to get perspectives on a real life business issue of their choosing
Module 3:
Develop one’s own inclusive leadership style with a view to create a culture of allyship based on the
knowledge gained in Module 1 and the practical experience of Module 2 and prepare a concrete action
plan on how to implement this in within your organisation.
