Welcome to
The Educator Magazine UK.
Back to school! This might be the first in many years to be
going back to school with a normal routine…enjoy it and
be grateful.
This issue we explore some of the most sought after
technology in schools right now.
I absolutely love some of the ideas around
Acer and Aver to make your jobs easier.
Enclosed is an excellent piece from Surfers Against Sewage.
They are an environmental charity, dedicated to the
protection of the ocean, waves, beaches and wildlife.
Their work is invaluable in these times, so please take a
look at how they support us and how we can support them
to protect the future of our planet.
A mental health note from me.
The DFE are telling us it’s all ok now, but some of you might
be worn out, exhausted and showing signs of burning out.
It’s ok. Just because you’ve had ‘6 weeks off’, doesn’t mean
your mental health is well. Mental health charities are there
to listen so use them. It’s been a difficult time of late so
stick together, speak up and stay safe.
