Collection and Delivery
To assist in the operation of an efficient and fast post auction service, we only
accept electronic bank transfer as a form of payment.
If you wish to collect a vehicle that you have purchased, simply call us 1
hour before your intend to arrive and it will be marshalled and ready for you
(Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm).
We do accept payment from Nextgear Capital and V12 Vehicle Finance. If you
wish to open an account with either of these companies then please let us
know and we will be happy to make the necessary introductions.
Alternatively you can collect a vehicle after closing hours or at the weekend
but you must organise this during working hours. In all cases report to security.
They will have the keys and all relevant documentation and loose items
(Security operates 24/7 – proof of identity will be required).
Should you require delivery or collection of any vehicles then our experienced
team of transport allocators will ensure that they are delivered or collected at
the promised times and at a competitive price.
VAT Refunds
Please feel free to contact us for a quote.
If you are permanently exporting the vehicles that you have purchased and are
entitled to claim back the VAT paid, then we will refund this within 48hrs of
receiving proof of export (i.e. shipping documents).
This service is FREE of charge.
