EXCELLENCE IN EVERY THING
YOUR STUDY PROGRAMME
We are an inclusive Sixth Form and
welcome applications from all students
irrespective of secondary school
location. To support you in choosing
your study programme, impartial
advice and guidance is offered during
interview and enrolment to ensure you
are on the right course for you.
All students follow full-time programmes,
consisting of their chosen course(s), tutorial, skills
development, work experience and an enrichment
programme. There are also many opportunities
to add to your programme through extra
qualifications and activities.
A LEVELS OR VOCATIONAL ADVANCED LEVELS?
The main difference between these courses is that A Levels
are assessed mainly through examinations, with coursework
modules in some subjects. Vocational Advanced Level
courses are mainly coursework based, with examinations or
external assessments in most subjects.
Deciding whether to study an A Level or a Vocational
A Level course can be confusing. To maximise options,
we offer students the opportunity to mix Single Vocational
A Levels with A Levels to create a broader combination of
qualifications and skills. Universities welcome applications
from students with both Vocational A Levels and A Level
qualifications.
