Good Hygiene Practices continued...
Anti-viral wipes will be provided for use on work surfaces, door handles,
resources etc
Boxes of tissues will be provided to cover a cough or sneeze. Ufton
promotes the ‘catch it, bin it, kill it’ approach
Everyone will be reminded that touching of the face should be avoided
Evidence suggests that the virus is less likely to be passed on in wellventilated buildings and outdoors. In good weather, schools will be
encouraged to leave windows and internal doors open (bearing in mind fire
safety and safeguarding) - or move activity outdoors if they can
Ufton teaching staff will wash their clothes every day
Appropriate PPE including gloves, visors, face coverings and aprons will be
worn by Ufton staff when providing first aid, handling costumes, when
working with food and if requested by groups and at any other appropriate
time
During indoor sessions, face coverings or visors will be worn by Ufton
teaching staff. When outdoors, they will be worn as necessary
All Ufton staff will wear face coverings in indoor public spaces
