Procedure Guide
• Where we enter an arrangement on the
Moneyway Product where you choose the
interest rate and/or the annual percentage rate
of charge or other pricing from a range that you
will offer the customer (and we agree the pricing
based on your choice), then you must undertake
your own fair value assessment in compliance
with the Consumer Duty and con昀椀rm you have
done this.
• If you provide customers with any add-ons to
be funded using the Product, you must ensure
that the add-ons meet the needs of customers.
You must also adhere to the requirements
detailed in Section 1.7 of
this guide.
• To enable us to comply with our Consumer
Duty obligations, you must share the outputs
of your fair value assessment(s) with us
on request.
• You must also share relevant, reasonable
information, including sales information and
information on the regular reviews of the
Product distribution arrangements when we
request these from you.
• The Consumer Duty imposes other
requirements on you, which you must
comply with.
Moneyway system management
and curation
You will ensure that the Moneyway New Dealer
On-Boarding Team are noti昀椀ed in advance of an
authorised salesperson ceasing to work for your
business. This is to ensure that user access is
revoked for the Guide, the Proposal System,
and the E-signature System in advance of
employment termination.

Customer communications and advertising
• You must ensure that all customer
communications and promotional materials
which you create are compliant with the
Consumer Understanding rules in the
Consumer Duty.
• In line with FCA rules, you must ensure that all
customer communications and promotional
materials which you create are clear, fair, and
not misleading.

Financial Promotions
• You must not include direct reference to
Secure Trust Bank PLC or any of its trading
names in any advertising without our explicit
written consent.
• All advertising in any form, including websites,
must clearly state the nature of your services
and whether you work exclusively with one or
more lenders or independently.
• You must also indicate prominently the
existence and nature of any 昀椀nancial
arrangements with a lender that might impact
upon your impartiality or the customer’s
decision to take out 昀椀nance.
• This includes clearly stating that you will
receive commission from Secure Trust
Bank PLC.
Customer contact details and
marketing preferences
• You must ensure that all customer contact
details (contact number, postal address and
email address) and marketing preferences
are accurately entered and checked – these
details are important as they are passed
across to us and will be used to contact the
customer during servicing of the account and/
or marketing of products and services.
