availability of the products on offer, the proposal process and
describe our requirements to enable us to provide you with
a simple and effective service.
This guide should be read and enacted in full in conjunction
with your Operating Agreement; which together defines the
procedures and obligations you must perform in proposing
a deal.
Should you be unsure of any points defined in this Procedure
Guide or the Operating Agreement please contact one of our
