04 | DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE WORKPLACE
Our research
We recently commissioned an
independent survey of 250 facilities
management professionals ranging
from business owners, directors, and
managers at a senior to junior level
to help us determine the key factors
contributing to the success of a facility.
We asked our participants 13 questions about health
and safety, sustainability, wellbeing, and digital
innovation. The aim was to gain critical insights into
the sector in order to understand the opportunities,
challenges, and threats facilities managers face now
and in the future.
This report outlines our findings around digital
transformation, where our respondents are in their
digital journey, and what innovations they think will
impact their profession most over the next 1-2 years.
