To attract and retain quality and qualified MHPs the Board adopted a salary increase in May 2022. Due to the increased need seen this year,
we are investigating outside mental health agencies to work alongside the MHPS and District Social Worker in serving students with social
emotional support. Also, the district staff will focus on universal support for social emotional learning for teachers and students throughout the
school district next year.
