reflective of students, families, permanent management, certificated and classified employees, and community members. COVID-19 related
safety protocols (e.g. sanitation, outdoor learning spaces, testing support, etc.) and additional academic support (e.g. tutoring, summer school,
etc.) were the areas highly requested and implemented throughout the school year. The staffing shortage is an ongoing challenge that

A description of how the LEA is using its fiscal resources received for the 2021–22 school year in a manner that is consistent with the
applicable plans and is aligned with the LEA’s 2021–22 LCAP and Annual Update.
The District is using its fiscal resources received in the 2021-22 school year to further support and aligned services and activities that are
consistent with the LCAP, the ESSER III Expenditure Plan, and the Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan.
These services and activities include support to address students' academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as the
opportunity gaps that existed before, and were exacerbated by, the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional resources were made available to
address the academic impact of lost instructional time through the implementation of evidence-based interventions; such as, summer school,
and summer acceleration and enrichment. Funds were also used to implement public health protocols in an effort to prevent, prepare for, and
respond to COVID-19.
