In these cases, our system and adminstrators
are flagged.
cheating may be any one of the following:
1. skipping through the program too
rapidly and not properly processing and
internalizing the information in a manner that is consistent with the
ability to reliably remember, reference, practice and
communicate the fundamentals of the modality
2. claiming to have finished the work and done the lessons but
failing the written essay and/or written exam on critical points
3. using AI to write your essays
things that arouse suspicion of cheating
We know there are some geniuses out there and in our programs, but
when students turn around their work in an unusually or abnormally
quick timeframe and go on to miss critical exam questions or do poor
work on their exit essays, we have pause for concern. We know some
people are remarkably gifted, but these behaviors raise red flags and
flag our system administrators. In such cases, your certificate request
may be denied for 30 days after. which you can re-request it. If you
continue to miss key questions or address major points, then your
request is pushed back 60 days, and thereafter 60 days every time.
consequences of academic dishonesty
The disciplinary action for cheating or plagiarism is up to the instructor's
discretion and may include suspension, and in more flagrant cases,
permanent expulsion is possible depending on the extent and
egregiousness. In addition, the instructor may select one or more of the
following options:
1. issue an oral or written notification and warn the student that
further acts of this sort will result in additional disciplinary action
