Customer Service
This course series is designed to
develop the necessary skills for success as a customer service provider.
Students will explore various service
situations and be introduced to the
best practices and principles of customer service and their application to
business. Students will earn industry
credentials as guest room attendant,
front desk representative and in guest
services, and be eligible for an entry
level position in the hospitality industry
or in any customer service setting.
Course Series Requirements
• Attend an information/
orientation session
• Ages 18 and over
• Math & Reading Assessment
(No minimum score)
• Upon completion, take
the AHLEI Exam
