strategy.
Designate clear responsibilities. One group should take ownership of
the success of a fintech partnership.
Set up measurable goals and outcomes within reasonable timeframes.
Consider starting with smaller goals or breaking large projects into
chunks to stay on track and keep the team motivated.
Instead of focusing solely on expense reduction, automation could
free employees up from mundane tasks to allow for more fulfilling
work.
