Work Order Feature
• When a resident logs into the online portal, a work order button will appear
at the top of the page.
• The form that appears will populate with their name and address. The
resident will need to add their phone number and provide a description of
the repair that is needed.
• Upon submission, the work order will be sent to your property manager (or
multiple people if you desire).
• The contact person for management can be changed according to the
property.
• The property manager will receive an E-Mail that contains the information
that the resident submitted.
• The resident will receive an E-Mail for confirmation of their submission.
This service is meant to assist you with management communication. Our
office will not be handling any management related requests and will not fulfill
any work orders that are submitted.
