Guided Meditations
Meditation is incredibly powerful for the
mind, body, and soul. The practice of
“stilling” your mind, being present, and
allowing calmness to pass through you
may seem easy, but for many, it can be a
challenging process. With the help of our
wellness coaches, guests will learn how to
develop more focus, clarity, calmness, and
improve relaxation through meditation.
Using tactics like “walking meditations”,
“land, sea, & air grounding”, “open
sequencing”, and “water rebirthing”,
our guides facilitate opportunities to
heal and learn coping methods. Through
visualizations and mental practices,
participants are taught tools to become
more self-aware, present, and balanced achieving greater insight and connection to
the world around them.
A unique and special feature of the island
is the abundant mineral spirits that offer
opportunities to soak in the healing
mineral-rich natural pools. As a part of your
meditative experience, it can be arranged
to visit these mineral springs.
Breath Work
The breath holds immense power within
our bodies. Not only is breathwork crucial
for deep meditation and yoga, but it can
mean the difference between holding onto
stress within our bodies, or opening and
clearing the air passages, energizing the

system, relaxing the nerves, and bringing
more awareness and connection to the
body's various systems and organs. In many
instances, the body is capable of reaching a
natural invigoration from proper intentional
breathwork.
Chi Gong
This ancient Chinese practice consists
of the combination of movement and
breathwork which allows one to achieve
a slow, but energetic moving meditation.
This exercise, when utilized consistently,
allows one to maintain joint mobility, assists
in channeling the body’s inner energy force
or Chi, releasing blockages and allows one
to tap into a new and invigorating life force.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice - a combination
of mental and physical exercises that
strengthens the body and can bring
great stillness and comfort to the mind.
There are many types of yoga, each one
offering a unique benefit and experience.
Our on-site yoga guide welcomes people
of all experience levels and is thrilled to
introduce yoga to those who are new to the
practice. Yoga can be modified for every
ability - to make it simple or gentle enough
that anyone can participate. Mobility and
abilities of all varieties are supported and
catered to. If you or your group would
benefit from private sessions, they can be
accommodated and are encouraged.
