Most importantly, we want our guests to feel comfortable, respected, and free to be themselves.
We promise to show our guests respect and kindness and ask that guests do the same for our
employees and others who are visiting Coral Cove. We have created some general guidelines that
help us all to have a wonderful and fulfilling time.

Dress Code: Feel free to dress comfortably. The dress code is casual.
Cell Phones: You may use your cell phone as you wish, but we ask that you are considerate
of others who may want quiet and privacy. Most of our visitors activate a roaming plan with
their service provider to avoid fees while traveling; however, if you need to make any local or
international calls, we will be happy to assist.
Tipping: Tips are not necessary on the Coral Cove premises. However, if it brings you joy to
tip those assisting you, you may do so.
Smoking: Smoking can be done away from buildings and other indoor spaces.
Alcohol: Alcohol is served at our bar. However, our bartenders will use discretion as they serve
guests.
Children: Children are welcome at Coral Cove, but must be attended by an adult at all times.
Assistance Animals: Assistance Animals are welcomed. Please be sure to pick up solid waste
and dispose of it in an outside garbage can.
Guest Services: Guest Services are available to you 24/7. If you require assistance, please call
the front desk at +1-876-457-7594.
Cancellations:
• 6+ weeks in advance: Reservations are fully refundable minus a US $200 administrative
fee when Coral Cove Resort is notified more than six (6) weeks in advance from the date of
arrival.
• < 6 weeks notice: For reservations canceled less than 6 weeks but are 30 days (or more)
away from the date of arrival, your cancellation fees will be 25% of the full cost of your
reservations.
• < 30 days notice: For reservations that are canceled less than 30 days from the date of
arrival, the cancellation fees will be 50% of the cost of the reservations.
• No advance notice: There will be no refunds for no-shows, canceled or delayed flights, or
early departures. Refunds will be issued and processed within one month of the request.
• Coral Cove Wellness also offers the option to reserve your stay (including the cost of
your reservation) for one year, which may be applied towards the payment for any new
reservation at Coral Cove. The new reservation must be made within one (1) year from the
date of your old reservations. New reservations are subject to resort availability and rate
changes.
