industry. Mike's current area of focus is advising artists on legal matters (including contract
negotiation and dispute resolution) and rights management (carrying out rights audits and
supporting artists to efficiently monetise their catalogue).
Danny ‘Falz’ Fahey is a creative professional & began his career
during the UK Garage explosion & UK Rap’s golden era. His
experience of culture, street life, music, fashion & sports have led
to his current role as Culture & Partnerships director of creative
company Thirty Pound Gentleman. Working with young talent has allowed him to produce
some very successful talents in the UK like Chunky of Swamp 81 and Gaika, political
editor for Dazed and Confused Magazine Having worked in some of the most challenging
environments in the world exploring the power of art and culture and how it inspires social
change, Danny has worked in Medellin Colombia, Harare Zimbabwe, Beirut Lebanon, and
across Europe and the UK.
Elspethhas managed publicity campaigns for breakthrough
artists including FLO and Holly Humberstone, to global
superstars including Sigrid, Glass Animals, Post Malone and
Ariana Grande. Elspeth also works with organisations spanning
culture, arts, climate causes, media and fashion, connecting
artists with Earth Percent, Soho House, Royal Academy Of Arts
and the British Fashion Council. With a background in journalism and 8 years of
experience of working within the music industry, Elspeth also co-founded ‘Her Hustle’, a
creative production agency working to elevate women’s voices. After recently winning PR
Campaign Of The Year at the Music Week Awards, Elspeth has won the BRITs Rising Star
Award two years in a row solidifying FLO & Holly Humberstone as the breakout artists of
2022&23.
