The list goes on. These things will protect you.
Access to money
It is important to have the right amount of cash.
Too much is inef cient.
Too little is too risky.
I estimate your target base cash position should be $27,000.
Your current cash position is $35,000.
Access to borrowing
You should establish a line of credit for $63,000.
This line will give you access to money in an emergency.
Your rate should be under 3%.
Never borrow more than $38,000 against the line.
This line will help protect you against bad things. A proactive line of credit is fabulous defense.
I'll provide more detail later in your report on this type of borrowing.

Of course by law you must have auto insurance. It is a good idea to get a new quote at least once every three
years. If you drive less than 5,000 miles per year there are some new innovative solutions in the market that
may lower your cost.
