operations today. The Zoo made an ambitious commitment to become net zero
energy, water, and waste; a goal that not only requires innovative operational
initiatives, but also daily support from Zoo employees and guests.
Sew Valley aims to help combat the waste created by the textile
and fashion industries by bringing together a community of designers
and entrepreneurs and supporting them to grow their brands in a
sustainable way. Their commitment to sustainable fashion and goal
to reduce waste to only 5% going to landfill per project by 2021 made
them the perfect fit to become a 513 Green Certified Workplace.

sustainability solutions for clients. Being an energy solutions company, it’s not
surprising Eco Engineering has made great strides with energy efficiency in
their own corporate headquarters. But their commitment to sustainability goes
