STRATEGIC PLAN
From owning and caring for over 27 million square
feet of space and the 1,500+ customers served by our
350 customer-focused coworkers – everything we
do is guided by the tenets of our Strategic Plan. First
established in 2005, our Strategic Plan is designed to
maximize long-term shareholder value by focusing
on four core tenets: People, portfolio, balance sheet
and communication. Over the past 10 years, we have
completed over $6 billion of capital recycling and new
developments and have delivered an annualized total
return to our shareholders of nearly 7%.
