THE FACILITY
Theatre Office Move: In December, an exciting opportunity unfolded—an office space with a rear section ideal for a rehearsal studio
became available. Previously utilizing the front part of the building
housing Plays of Wilton, we seized the chance to relocate to the
Sailfish Plaza, conveniently situated on the next block. The layout
allows us to conduct rehearsals in the back while maintaining a
professional workspace at the front of the building for the Managing
Director, Artistic Director, and Box Office Manager. This new space
not only serves as an excellent office location, but also provides
additional parking during showtimes.

Theatre Upgrades: In April, we launched the Keeping Up Appearances campaign, aiming to secure funding for vital theatre
upgrades. These enhancements included a comprehensive theatre
facelift, the creation of a mural to enhance ICS branding, and a
thorough rewiring of the theatre facility to better accommodate
theatrical needs. Thanks to the support of 17 donors and the
receipt of two grants from The City of Wilton Manors and the
Broward County Cultural Division, the theatre successfully raised
the necessary funds to bring this transformative project to fruition.
