Lion Street continues its commitment to innovation by investing in technology and operational resources.
Driven by a vision to streamline and simplify the multicarrier operating environment for independent producers,
the Company has invested in technology solutions to enable its Firms to differentiate themselves from their
competitors and provide the best client service.
TECHNOLOGY
The Company’s flagship product comparison and illustration solution, Tracker II,
was migrated to a new chassis, offering more features and dynamic, graphical,
point-of-sale presentation capabilities.
Launched in Q4 2019, Lion Street’s MultiCarrier eApp powered by Porch Software
will form the operating cornerstone of Lion Street’s life insurance operations by
enabling practitioners to improve their interactions with clients, complete In Good
Order transactions with greater ease, and extend unparalleled operating scale to
Lion Street.

LIFE OPERATIONS
2019 was a breakthrough year in life operations, where we experienced a 28%
reduction in cycle times from efficiencies with our carriers, technology and equipping
the Firms to transact more self-sufficiently. Lion Street also released My BackOffice
Team, an outsource service for Firms wanting a more cost effective and scalable
solution to staffing for new business and underwriting in their Firms.
