1. Formed an Advisory Group to focus on Social Accountability & Community Benefit efforts and
initiate the needs assessment

c. Gathered qualitative research of perceived and actual senior living need and issues
3. Compiled Primary Data
a. Engaged older adults (consumers) & community leaders (stakeholders) in process with focus
group discussions and questionnaire
4. Analyzed data and responses from each of the focus groups and appraised current efforts to address
the perceived and actual needs and/or issues
5. Developed and produced a full report and facilitated a brainstorming session to prioritize need and
prepare for next steps towards implementation via organizational strategic planning, partnerships
and recommendation
6. Disseminated findings for public viewing and activated implementation plan and strategic initiatives
