Manufactured Housing Team
Todd Fletcher co-founded Newmark’s Manufactured Housing group with Andrew Shih in 2009
and since inception, this team has brokered 267 deals in 40 states totaling almost $1.7 billion.
He is a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI).
Prior to joining Newmark, Todd worked in asset management with RREEF in Chicago, Illinois.
In 2004 he entered the manufactured housing sector with Hometown America gaining
significant transaction experience by working in acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets.
After that, he worked with Stockbridge Real Estate Funds where he learned the limited equity
partner side of the business and helped with the creation of Yes! Communities.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of
Colorado at Boulder where he was the captain and coach of the Freestyle Ski Team. Prior to
moving to Colorado for college, Todd was born and raised on a family owned and operated
dairy farm in central California.
Andrew Shih is an executive managing director with Newmark’s Manufactured Housing
group which he co-founded with Todd Fletcher. He is a member of the Manufactured Housing
Institute (MHI) and at one point, his team was awarded the MHI Broker of the Year for six
years straight.

Prior to joining Newmark, Andrew was a vice president at a national brokerage company
where he focused on new client development, financial underwriting, marketing and escrow
management for multifamily transactions. He has been involved in the multi-housing
brokerage industry since 2002, closing over 400 transactions totaling over $2.3 billion. His
prior real estate experience also includes researching and analyzing multifamily agency
securities for the Wall Street commercial mortgage-backed securities trading desk of
Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and analyzing residential mortgage mergers and acquisitions
while part of the finance team at Chemical Bank.
Andrew received a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating with
distinction from Cornell University. Prior to moving to Austin, he was born, raised, educated
and worked in New York.
Braden Weaver is the senior financial analyst for Newmark’s Manufactured Housing group.
He is responsible for financial analysis, underwriting, and comprehensive market research
of manufactured housing and RV communities nationwide. Braden is actively involved
throughout the entire disposition process from creation of marketing materials to assistance
through due diligence.
Braden earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate and marketing from
University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
