With the priority to ensure the best to the students and keeping their well-being in mind, the
school has prepared an effective Time Table which allows the student an onscreen time to a
maximum of three hours only in senior school and 2 hours and 30 minutes in middle and junior
school, with 15 minutes break after each session. Various assessments strategies are being
incorporated to test the understanding of the learners. The School has also conducted Periodic
Tests/ Exams for all classes IX to XII to assess the students’ understanding of the concepts
taught in a more comprehensive manner. Also, various assessments (both Pen and Paper &
Non-Pen & Paper) are being conducted at both Primary and Middle School levels.
Instilling a thirst to face the crisis with resilience, the school provides a holistic approach
towards the health and all-round holistic development of the students. To stay strong and be
strong to face the tough times, it is all the more important to build up our immunity, within the
four walls of our house. Yoga being a catalyst to mental well-being, it embodies the unity of
mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfilment. Regular yoga and physical
exercises sessions are conducted for the students. Also, several Inter-House Competitions are
being organised on a monthly basis with enthusiastic participation by the students. The school
also guides the students to hone up their talents and bring in laurels by taking part in several
Inter-School
Competitions.
To help our students achieve their best in school life, K.R. Mangalam World School has always
received the unflinching support of the parent fraternity. To keep the parents well-informed
about their ward’s performance in their academics virtually and the revised syllabus of CBSE,
orientations were organised and conducted for the parents and students of Classes X and XII.
Various workshops on cyber bullying for students and capacity building programs for teachers
are being organized in order to keep them abreast with the current scenario. The school has
also been counseling students by engaging their counselors to have an interface with the
students who need help in these testing times. It is the hour to equate progress with the
eradication of uncertainty. We at K.R. Mangalam World School are geared up toward
acquiring certainty, the knowable truth.
