often vague and unwieldy IDEA criteria
for ED, the EDDT family evaluates the
inability to build or maintain relationships, inappropriate behaviors or
feelings, pervasive mood/depression,
and physical symptoms or fears.
EDDT: Completed by a teacher, this form
evaluates ED based on behavior at school.
EDDT–Parent Form: This form is
completed by a parent to assess a child’s
behavior in the home environment.
EDDT–Self Report Form: This form gives
you the student’s perspective—often
overlooked in assessments for ED.
