Parenting doesn’t come with an instruction
manual, so parents learn on the job—and
it’s a job that can be fraught with emotional turmoil and stress, especially when
dealing with a pandemic and quarantine.
Left unchecked, those emotions can
develop into resentment, anger, and even
abuse. Stress in the parenting system
during the first three years of a
child’s life is particularly critical to a child’s emotional and
behavioral development. It’s
