The welcome mat is out and we guarantee
you won’t find a shortage of things to do!
The Soprema Senior Center is the premiere gathering
place for seniors in the greater Wadsworth community,
where you’ll find abundant opportunities to learn, grow,
connect and engage.
Located at 617 School Drive on
the vibrant multi-generational
Wadsworth High School & Community Center campus, the Center serves the 55+ population
of Wadsworth and surrounding
communities. In addition to
ample and accessible space for
senior programming, the Center
also features a full-service Café
that is open to the public,
offering fresh and tasty food
at reasonable prices.
A Gathering Place
The Soprema Senior Center
takes great pride in offering
traditional senior programming
paired with a wide array of new
and innovative opportunities.
Programs and classes focus on
the social, recreational, educational, and health/wellness
preferences of our members.
The Café is operated by Windfall Industries in collaboration
with the Medina County Board
of Developmental Disabilities.
This innovative partnership also
includes the City of Wadsworth
and Medina County Office for
Older Adults. These entities
work together to provide a dining hot spot and unique gathering place for seniors, as well as a
training site for individuals with
& Cafe Discount
Becoming involved at the
Center is easy and we welcome
guests and visitors. Through
the support of the City of Wadsworth, the Wadsworth Older
Adults Foundation and over
100 Professional Friends, Center membership is free for the
55+ crowd. Membership offers
a number of perks such as the
quarterly newsletter (mailed to
Wadsworth residents), designated times on the YMCA indoor
walking track and a 10% discount at the Café.
