GOALS
SAT-7 LONG-TERM MISSION PRIORITIES
1) To make the Gospel available to everyone in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA),
especially to those who would never otherwise have the opportunity to hear it, including
children, women, the illiterate, and those in closed homes.
2) To encourage, support, and empower the Church in its life, work, and witness for Christ.
SUMMARY OF SAT-7’S PROPOSED
OPERATIONAL PRIORITIES FOR 2017
Ramp up the quality of programming across all
channels, with a special focus on SAT-7 TÜRK.
Launch SAT-7 PARS as the only Christian channel
on the Yahsat satellite system.
Develop a new social media strategy.
Launch SAT-7 ACADEMY, a new educational
channel for children, teachers, and parents.
Strengthen SAT-7’s organizational capacity.
ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY WILL ENABLE SAT-7 TO:






More effectively produce and broadcast well-researched programs
with clear and holistic communications goals.
Conduct or commission all forms of other needed research.
Provide our different audiences with an increasingly excellent experience when seeking help or counsel from SAT-7.
Effectively oversee our different legal entities and channels through
sound governance.
Develop a more comprehensive, global fundraising strategy focused
on supporting Core Budget operations.
Establish a strategic operating fund/ reserve policy to carry thte organization through periodic short-term cash-flow challenges.
