4. Lift-off to Touchdown
Hours before the Cardholder steps onto the tarmac and into the plane,
the Sentient team and flight crew are prepared and have ensured every
detail is taken care of. Pilots are there early, making pre-flight checks,
logging the flight plan and familiarizing themselves with the Cardholder’s
preferences, ensuring they have been met.
This is where the experience comes together. From preferred reading
material to special catering to any assistance needed to board the plane,
all Cardholder needs are addressed. It’s a culmination of everything
the team has been working on for the Cardholder. Even after take-off,
Sentient is attuned to the Cardholder’s needs. For example, if heavy rain
is forecast at the destination, the pilot may arrange for the passengers to
be met by FBO staff (armed with umbrellas) to provide assistance after
landing.
