ACTIVATION
After a Sentient Jet Card is purchased, a Sentient Account Director

contacts the new client to welcome him or her to the Sentient family.
Clients then receive a Welcome Kit that includes a personal letter from
Mr. Collins, plus their Account Director contact information, a “get started
guide” and the actual Jet Card. Following the kit, they also receive a
benefits guide with a comprehensive selection of exclusive benefits from
premium locations such as Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic and

several locations in Aspen, including special access to The Club at Casa
Tua and ski and snowboard lessons.
The Sentient Account Director learns and records the Cardholder’s
universal preferences and oversees the account. A 24/7 client
management team handles all details of scheduling and executing flights,
while a safety director oversees all safety elements, from pilot and flight
crew certification to confirmation that aircraft maintenance has been
performed.
