2. Coordination
At this point in the process, the Cardholder needs only to prepare for his
or her trip because Sentient is working behind the scenes to ensure details
and requirements are met, from catering to FBOs to the specific type of
jet, monitoring weather systems and runway availability. The Sentient

team is flexible throughout the process knowing that Cardholder needs

can change at any point. Sentient updates Cardholders regularly on their

flights so they know everything is in order.
As it gets closer to the day of flight, the Client Management Team meets
2
and confirms all arrangements and preferences. “From the Cardholder’s
viewpoint, it may not seem like much is going on at this point, but in
fact, there are numerous activities being coordinated, including logistics,
car service and catering, in addition to keeping an eye on any potential
weather- and safety-related variables,” states Carlo Conzatti, Director of

Flight Planning. The Sentient team is at work 24/7 keeping all variables
at the forefront in order to anticipate any issues, such as runway
availability.
“Within every flight, there are literally hundreds of variables that must
be considered,” explains Adam Hohulin, Vice President of Operations and
Client Services. “Our goal is to handle all those variables and ensure every
flight is flawlessly executed.”
Sentient Fact:
To ensure that goal is met even in adverse weather and other conditions
at Sentient headquarters, the company invested in an off-site back-up
command center that can be used in situations such as power outages.
