Damage and Loss
• Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter
from the time of delivery through the time of return.
• It is the renter’s responsibility to secure equipment from
theft when not in use and protect from weather.
• Replacement cost will be charged for missing, broken,
and/or damaged equipment.
• Replacement cost will be charged for missing, burned,
stained, and/or wax-spotted linens.
• Will call items must be transported in a covered vehicle
and strapped to prevent damage during transport. It is
the renter’s responsibility for securing equipment.
• Items must be returned in the same box, crate, and/or
glass rack as received.
• Tables and chairs must be returned stacked and on
dollies (except Chiavari chairs) to the appropriate
height, depending on chair type.
• Rental equipment not returned on the scheduled day
will add another 50% of the original rate for each 24hour period thereafter.
• Will Calls are available Monday through Saturday.
• Will Call Hours: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM.
• Weekend Will Call Hours: Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM.
(Closed for lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM)
