TAF Annual Appeal - Rooney - Final - Page 7

Every day The Arrow Fund receives multiple pleas for help
with cases of extreme animal torture, abuse, and neglect in the
Kentuckiana region.
Our foster families and volunteers help decrease the cost
of caring for the pets we save, but there is still a long way
to go to pay for the attention these critical cases need.

One day of hospitalization and treatment for a new rescue
can easily cost $1,000 and many of our pets require
multiple days of this intensive care.

The surgeries our rescues require range from simple spays
and neuters to complex mass removals and repair of severe
injuries. Surgical costs can run upwards of $3-5,000.

One pet’s medications can cost more than $100 per month.

A single physical therapy session to help get them back on
their feet after an injury costs $60.
You can help us
create a more
humane world for the
animals in our
community.
