How have you gr own as a per son dur ing the
pandemic?:Man! This pandemic has actually given me a lot
of time to focus on myself and my healing. I star ted the
jour ney back in Januar y 2020, but by time the pandemic hit, I
had no excuses but to really dive deep and work on my
healing. I've worked through a lot of inner child wounds and
also shedding old beliefs that no longer ser ve me. I'm
stronger now and I even say "No" when need to. I stopped
tr ying to car r y ever yone else's burdens as well and give
myself a lot more love and attention.
What is your favor ite food?:I love r ice and beans (I guess
that's my latina side coming out) LOL.

When you wer e a kid, what did you want to be when you
gr ew up?:Even as a child I had a lot of interests! It feels like a
blessing and a challenge at times...But I remember telling my
mom I was going to be a professional basketball player, a
cor por ate business woman, a coach, a tr ainer, a wr iter, a
counselor/psychologist...
When I got to college and was told to "be more pr actical," I
chose Business Marketing because it was the most broad
