Concentrate on learning wisdom from God. The more you understand what is just, right
and fair to him, the more you will develop integrity.

understand.
• PR O VE R B S 1 :3 | [These proverbs’] purpose is to teach people to live disciplined and

minority. It is not enough to possess integrity; you must practice it.
• 2 T I MOT H Y 2 :2 1 | If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable

God gives you the wisdom you need to lead a life that honors him. His Word gives you
understanding, discernment, and motivation so that you choose the way of integrity.
• G A L AT I A NS 5 :1 7 -2 5 | And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the
sinful nature desires. . . . But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy,
peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. . . . Since
we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.
• J O H N 1 4 :1 5 -1 7 | “If you love me, obey my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and
he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who
leads into all truth.”
God has given you the Holy Spirit to conform you to the image of Jesus. He works in your
heart, mind, and body to produce godly attitudes, thoughts, and behavior.
How is integrity demonstrated in our lives?
• DA NI E L 6 :4 | Then the other administrators and high officers began searching for some
fault in the way Daniel was handling government affairs, but they couldn’t find anything to
criticize or condemn. He was faithful, always responsible, and completely trustworthy.

actions are to be consistent and above reproach.
• J O B 2 7 :4 -6 | “My lips will speak no evil, and my tongue will speak no lies. . . . My conscience
