The Kokernot 06 Ranch, located in the beautiful Davis Mountains of
West Texas, was established in 1882. The 06 has since continued to carry
on the traditional style ranching with round up twice a year. Vital to the
cow-calf operation is the remuda of registered Quarter Horses raised and
trained on the ranch. Much time is spent preparing the horses for cutting,
roping, and all-around ranch work. They are experienced in pen work and
gathering cattle on the wide-open, as well as in rough mountain country.
Kokernot 06 Ranch is an AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeder.

Lee Ranches is a cow/calf & horse operation headquartered
approximately 30 miles south of Abilene, in Bradshaw, Texas. Both Ben
& Kasey’s families have been involved in the ranching industry in one
way or another, for at least three generations. We operate lease country
in Callahan, Coleman, Concho, Taylor and Runnels counties. Our horse
operation is diverse in the fact that our horses are utilized in many areas,
from the pasture, to the roping pen, to the show pen. Ben obtained a
Bachelor of Science in Animal Science while on a rodeo scholarship
at Texas A&M - Kingsville. He is also a NCHA open money earner and
a RHAA finalist. We use horses that are well bred, structurally sound,
athletic, but first and foremost, dependable.
