Sports Day
This year’s Sports Day was a lively and
memorable event! Students showcased
their skills and sportsmanship, competing
in teams and putting into practice what
they had been learning throughout the
year. Families joined in the excitement,
creating an atmosphere filled with laughter, smiles, and enthusiastic cheers.
Musical Productions
We were thrilled to bring another wonderful musical to life! Last year, our students
performed The Rainbow Fish musical, and
this year we’re excited to present Madagascar, with students embracing both onstage and backstage roles. It truly takes a
community effort to bring a production of
this scale to the stage, and we couldn’t be
prouder of the dedication shown by our
students, staff, and parent volunteers.
Leading this year’s production are Suzanne Bruning (Production Director),
Michael Burrows and Karolina Sepp
(Musical Directors), Carolyn Terry (Costumes), Inkyoung Coung (Dance), Steve
Drysdale, Katie Black, and Lisa Edwards
(Production Design), along with many
other staff volunteers who have supported our students through rehearsals. Their
commitment, energy, and passion have
been instrumental in making this event
possible, and we are deeply grateful for
the hard work of everyone involved in creating this memorable experience for our
school community.
Primary Spring Choir Performance
The Primary Choir enthusiastically took
to the stage for their Winter Concert,
Summer Concert, Winter Market, and
several morning assembly performances.
With over 75 children participating, they
filled the theater with lively audience-engagement pieces and a diverse selection of
songs, making each performance memorable and enjoyable for all.
Grade 5 PYP Exhibition
Our Grade 5 students showcased their individual inquiries as they completed their
PYP Exhibition projects. This milestone
event brought together staff, parents,
family members, and other community
members who committed to weekly meetings to support these young researchers.
Community “experts” also shared their
specialized knowledge, enriching the
students’ exploration. The energy and excitement during this culmination of the
PYP Programme were felt throughout the
school. The PYP Exhibition was held in
the Dome, where Grade 5 students proudly presented their projects to an engaged
audience.
