Performing Arts
Cultivating Creativity
and Collaboration
Through the
Performing Arts,
students discover their voices,
build resilience,
and contribute
to building
a culture of
care at VIS.”
At VIS, the Performing Arts Department
serves as a vibrant hub where students
not only develop their artistic talents but
also embody the VIS mission of being Inquiring, Inspired, and Involved. Through
drama and music our students engage in
creative exploration, challenging themselves to ask bold questions, push boundaries, and express their unique perspectives. Dynamic performances, both on
stage and in the classroom, encourage
students to connect with diverse cultures
and ideas, while fostering collaboration,
discipline, and self-confidence.
By blending rigorous curricular with
extra-curricular programmes, the Performing Arts Department strives to ensure that students learn more than just
technical skills. They are empowered to
think critically and approach problems
creatively. Through the Performing Arts,
students discover their voices, build resilience, and contribute to building a culture of care at VIS.
