TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH FILM
Join us for the inaugural event of the
Douglas-Lanahan Award, given to a group
or an individual for their outstanding
contribution to the community through
film. This $1,000 cash award is in the name
of John Douglas and Eleanor (Bobbie)
Lanahan, Vermont media artists who have
been involved in Vermont’s community
of filmmakers and artists. The award is
sponsored by Jane and Bill Stetson.

The Vermont Production Collective
The first of its kind, the award recipients in
2023 are the Vermont Production Collective.
VPC is a grassroots organization connecting
the film, video, photography, sound, and graphics industries in Vermont, with the belief that we
are stronger together. Come to the event to hear more about what they do.
The award event will include a special 25 minute film about the work of Douglas and Lanahan.
