HOMEOWNER9S SERVICE POLICY
W. B. Homes, Inc. has worked diligently to construct your new home carefully and in
accordance with accepted home building practices. When required, your home has been
inspected and certified by local building officials. However, as with any new constructed
product, your home may need some minor corrections. Our philosophy is to not only
satisfy our valued customers prior to settlement, but also to continue satisfying them for
years after settlement through the warranty which we provide.
To accomplish these goals, we follow certain procedures, which lessen the possibility of
errors, or misunderstandings regarding our service and warranty policy. Please follow
the procedures outlined below and throughout this document so that a coordinated and
cooperative effort can be made in servicing your new home.
SERVICE PROCEDURES
Your strict compliance with the following procedures is required for maximum benefits.
1. PRE-SETTLEMENT INSPECTION & ORIENTATION
Approximately five (5) to seven (7) days prior to settlement on your home, you will
meet with our Construction Superintendent at your home for the purpose of
introducing you to all of the important working elements, including appliances,
plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling systems and other interior & exterior features
