EMERGENCY SERVICE PROTOCOL
It’s very important to be prepared in the instance of an emergency situation. An emergency is anything
that makes the home unlivable, such as a loss of hot water, or could cause further damage if left
uncorrected, such as a water leak.
If you find yourself in an emergency situation during normal business hours, please call our Customer
Care team immediately at 215-699-0800 ext. 120.
If your emergency occurs during non-business hours, please refer to the “Emergency Contractor’s List”
found on the electric panel of your home. Your first point of contact should be the relevant contractor
for whatever emergency you are experiencing. If you are unable to reach them, contact information for
members of the W.B. team can also be found on the same list.
When an emergency does occur during non-business hours, you must always notify our Customer Care
team the following day to report the incident so they can properly manage the service request. If you
contact a contractor to perform work on your home that is not considered an emergency, you will be
held responsible for the cost of their services.
