damage occurs, it is the Homeowner's responsibility to make the repair. Cracking can occur along the
edges of driveway and is not considered a deficiency.
NOTE: It is recommended that Homeowners seal their driveway within one (1) year of final
topcoating, and then continue sealing it on a regular basis.
Responsibility:
None.
Stucco
Possible Deficiency:
Stucco discoloration or color variation.
Performance Standard:
Rain and materials from rain and other building materials can cause discoloration or color variation
of stucco.
Responsibility:
Builder cannot be responsible for discoloration or color variation of stucco.
Possible Deficiency:
Cracks in exterior stucco wall surfaces.
Performance Standard:
Cracks are not unusual in exterior stucco wall surfaces. Cracks greater than
repaired.

Builder will repair cracks exceeding " in width, one time only, during the 1st Year Warranty Period.
Builder is not responsible for color variation. Builder is not responsible to make repairs to items
damaged by water intrusion caused by cracks in exterior stucco wall surfaces.
Possible Deficiency:
Openings between stucco and other exterior materials.
Performance Standard:
Builder will provide caulk for all openings between stucco and other exterior materials at time of
initial construction.
Responsibility:
Builder will not be responsible for repairing, maintaining or replacing caulk after settlement.
Homeowner is advised to maintain any and all exterior caulking at least every three years and to
visually inspect it at least annually. Any water intrusion into the home based in whole or in part upon
the Homeowner9s failure to maintain the exterior caulking shall be the exclusive responsibility of the
Homeowner.
